Maybe. Let's not hold our breath here. But I think I've cracked it on the personal development front.

Bike - 10 mins - effort 3/6 - 3.58km
Cross trainer - 30 mins - effort 4/6 - 1.71km
Walking - 25 mins - gently - 1.97km
Beer - none
Food - two large helpings of Mess, WW dessert, half a muffin
